1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signpace ("the Service"), operated by Kashyap LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Signpace is a web-based electronic signature platform that allows users to create digital signatures, sign PDF documents, and send signing links to third parties. The Service is provided by Kashyap LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

3. Account Registration

You may use certain basic features without an account. A free account is required to access advanced features including document storage, signing requests, and audit trails. You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Signpace offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment to hello@signpace.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Signpace to:

• Create fraudulent or forged signatures
• Sign documents on behalf of others without their authorization
• Upload illegal, harmful, or privacy-violating content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without our consent

6. Legal Validity of E-Signatures

Electronic signatures created with Signpace are designed to comply with the U.S. ESIGN Act, UETA, and EU eIDAS Regulation. However, you are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are legally sufficient for your specific use case and jurisdiction. Signpace does not provide legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

Signpace and its content, including but not limited to software, design, text, and logos, are owned by Kashyap LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload and signatures you create. By using the Service, you grant Signpace a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashyap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@signpace.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
