1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date
  • You are requesting a refund on a Starter or Pro plan subscription (monthly or annual)
  • This is your first refund request for that account

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Payments made more than 7 days prior to the refund request
  • Free plan (no charge involved)
  • Renewals on annual plans where the refund window has passed
  • Accounts that have received a previous refund

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@signpace.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the payment you'd like refunded
  • A brief description of the issue (optional, but helps us improve)

We process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund; you must separately request one within the 7-day window.

5. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan or to the free plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle downgrades unless the request falls within the 7-day refund window from your last payment.

6. Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us at hello@signpace.com. We will resolve legitimate issues promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
